Optimising Operations for outstanding service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The department has been strengthened with a new three-person management structure that reinforces our commitment to efficiency, service and automation.<\/p>\n

Kevin Claes<\/strong>, Support Lead, will support our excellent servicedesk team in their daily tasks and act as the first service contact for our customers.<\/p>\n

Francis Theys<\/strong>, Technical Lead Operations, will be responsible for implementing a new structural framework to support our path towards operational excellence. He will also focus on standardising and automating our technical processes within Operations.<\/p>\n

Both gentlemen report to our COO, Eddy Mandemaker<\/strong>, who carries the final responsibility and provides the support needed to ensure these new roles can be performed to their fullest.<\/p>\n

We are confident that this new structure will elevate our services to an even higher level, and we look forward to the future with great optimism.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
