There are several possible causes for issues with your internet connection: incorrect network settings, hardware or software errors in the router, outages at the internet provider, incorrect IP configuration, loose network cables, temporary blocking by a firewall<\/a>, etc.<\/p>

What can you do about it?<\/strong><\/p>

First, check whether the WiFi function is enabled on your PC. Laptops often have a physical button for this. Check the status of your network icon. If you see a yellow exclamation mark, you may have limited or no access to the internet.<\/p>

If the internet is enabled but you still have no access, contact your internet provider.<\/p>

If the internet is not working, check whether the cables are properly connected and whether WiFi is turned on. Also try restarting your router. If this does not solve the problem, go to Start, type \u201ccmd\u201d in the search bar and press Enter. A black window will appear. Type \u201cipconfig \/release\u201d and then \u201cipconfig \/renew\u201d. If the internet still does not work afterwards, call your internet provider.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
