Optimising Operations for outstanding service
The department has been strengthened with a new three-person management structure that reinforces our commitment to efficiency, service and automation.
Kevin Claes, Support Lead, will support our excellent servicedesk team in their daily tasks and act as the first service contact for our customers.
Francis Theys, Technical Lead Operations, will be responsible for implementing a new structural framework to support our path towards operational excellence. He will also focus on standardising and automating our technical processes within Operations.
Both gentlemen report to our COO, Eddy Mandemaker, who carries the final responsibility and provides the support needed to ensure these new roles can be performed to their fullest.
We are confident that this new structure will elevate our services to an even higher level, and we look forward to the future with great optimism.
