Five years ago, we decided to offer a permanent helpdesk service to our customers. From 1 March 2020 onwards, a second-line support service was added with a dedicated Network Operations Center team.
Rely on Office-IT to keep your network infrastructure in top condition.
The NOC team takes care of the Managed Services operations for various customers. They focus on more complex IT questions and are responsible for proactively detecting failures or incidents in the systems of our customers.
We currently provide this service with three colleagues so that we can respond quickly and within the required timeframes. The team is based at our location in Olen.
