Companies that need servers, firewalls, network components or PCs are in the right place at Office-IT.“We offer our products and services in the right formula. We strongly focus on Managed Services. This means that the client can work more efficiently because we take full ownership of their IT infrastructure. We monitor and supervise everything, ensuring business continuity for our clients.”
Eric emphasises the importance of long-term customer relationships.“As a mid-sized company we have grown significantly over the years. Throughout this growth we have managed to maintain strong accessibility. Our services have also expanded: from helpdesk to service delivery management and consultancy.”

The digital transformation
As an IT company in today’s digital world, it is important to constantly reinvent yourself. Office-IT has undergone significant evolution as well. “In our early years, customers told us what they needed and we simply carried it out. As an IT company, you were not thinking along with the customer. Fortunately, that has changed. We completely shifted our approach and now focus on Managed Services. Later, cloud services and hosting were added. These additional services enable us to offer even better solutions to our customers.”

WatchGuard has been an important partner for Office-IT from the beginning. The team used to work a lot on networks and connectivity, but it became increasingly clear that this needed to be more secure. “WatchGuard advised us on security possibilities. When we decided that we wanted to connect companies with each other, WatchGuard played a pioneering role. Thanks to them, we gained international customers with sites far beyond Belgium. WatchGuard has always remained part of the solutions we deliver to our customers. Not only for security, but also for infrastructure, servers, PCs and overall service delivery we can rely on them.”
The benefits of Clearmedia
Since 2019, Office-IT can also call itself a partner of ClearMedia. “ClearMedia provides great added value within our collaboration with WatchGuard and also opens opportunities to grow on a marketing level. ClearMedia also offers a lot when it comes to sales and quotations thanks to its own Partner Portal. Finally, we want to actively focus on the SME in the Cloud solution. We currently have our own hosting, but we want to migrate more and more customers to SME in the Cloud because it provides many security advantages that we cannot offer ourselves.”
The connection with Proximus is also an advantage, says Eric: “The fact that Proximus is the parent company of ClearMedia provides great certainty for customers. Customers invest in IT and want to be sure that their investment is secure. Thanks to our partnership, this is a given.”
The future of Office-IT
What the future holds is difficult to predict. Still, Eric already has a clear vision. “We currently have around 20 employees, and that number will continue to grow.”
