Our headquarters in Olen was designed with sustainability as a top priority. Thanks to smart investments in climate technology, the building is nearly energy-neutral. This not only results in lower energy costs but also represents a tangible commitment to reducing our environmental impact. Sustainability isn’t a side project for us—it’s a core part of how we operate.
Green mobility and efficient travel
We are actively transforming our company fleet to be more eco-friendly. A large portion of our vehicles are already plug-in hybrid or fully electric, and with every replacement, we consciously choose 100% electric models. Our charging infrastructure is expanding, both at our offices and at employees’ homes. We also promote flexible working to reduce commuting and further lower CO2 emissions.
We invest heavily in remote monitoring and support. With our advanced IT monitoring software, we proactively manage systems and solve issues without needing to be on-site. This means fewer unnecessary trips and faster service for our clients. Our approach ensures that technology operates efficiently while also supporting a more sustainable business model.

We make conscious choices when it comes to everyday office life too. For example, we work with a local brewery that supplies bottled soft drinks to our Olen office. This supports the local economy and reduces the ecological footprint of transportation and packaging.
Plastic waste is a global issue, and we take our responsibility seriously. We’ve installed water taps in all our offices and provided every employee with a reusable Dopper water bottle. This helps to eliminate single-use bottles and contributes to a more sustainable workplace. It may seem like a small step, but it’s part of our broader vision: many small actions add up to a big impact.

Our commitment to sustainability doesn’t stop with our own efforts. We work with partners who share our values and evaluate suppliers based on ESG scores and certifications. A great example of this is working with a Tier4 data center with a silver that holds a silver EcoVadis-label.
