Office-IT switches to Autotask
Our new financial year 2019 starts for us on 1 October and comes with several significant administrative changes.
We are switching to Autotask, an IT Business Management platform fully designed for companies like ours.
Rely on Office-IT to keep your network infrastructure in top condition.
This transition naturally brings several changes and improvements:
- Our sales documents, including quotations, order confirmations and invoices, will receive a small makeover
- We will be able to provide you with even better reporting
- And last but not least, the increased efficiency of the advanced ticketing system Because good IT support starts right here!
The platform communicates with our monitoring tools and will automatically create tickets in case of an incident. In addition, based on your maintenance contract, we are connected to most of our suppliers so that we can immediately initiate the correct action for each issue.
Email traffic will be greatly reduced. Each employee will have a personal dashboard providing a clear overview of all open items or current statuses at a glance.
During 2019, we will also make a client portal available in which you can follow up your own tickets, ask questions and consult documents. Invoices can be bundled so that at the end of the month you receive just one document.
Without a doubt, we are responding to the latest trends, and we are convinced that this will further improve our services over time.
Finally, everything will be linked in the cloud with Exact accounting. This means we will also move away from our familiar environment in this area.
We are currently working on the transition. Should any errors occur during the conversion, we kindly ask for your understanding. We are closely monitoring everything and are of course always open to your feedback.
