Hybrid cloud and cybersecurity as a solid foundation

Together with their internal IT manager, Joker chose a hybrid IT environment: a mix of local infrastructure and cloud applications. This makes the organization scalable, cost-conscious, and always up to date.

In addition, major investments were made in cybersecurity. With new servers, firewalls, EDR protection, and strong cyber awareness among employees, the travel company is better protected against threats.

Office-IT supports them in making the right choices and is ready to step in as back-up during the absence of the internal IT manager.

Future-oriented with AI and strategic advice

Joker is looking ahead with a clear seven-year roadmap toward their 50th anniversary in 2031. Digitalization and the sustainable use of AI play a key role in this journey. Among other initiatives, a chatbot is being trained to further strengthen customer service and automate repetitive processes.
